About the Role:
We are a mobile medical data collection company seeking a Field Services Manager to oversee all field operations for a team of field technicians.  We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to lead our regional service operations, mentor a talented team of technicians, and ensure we maintain our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex real-world problems, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As our Field Services Manager, you will oversee day-to-day field operations and serve as the bridge between our strategic goals and hands-on execution.
  • Manage team growth of new examiners as we expand.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule a team of field service technicians to maximize productivity and professional growth.
  • Coordinate daily field operations and troubleshoot logistics from your home office.
  • Maintain specimen integrity and ensure all DOT 49 CFR Part 40 protocols are followed.
  • Attend management meetings at our main office to collaborate on company goals.
Qualifications:
  • DOT qualified collector with hands-on experience (Preferred but not required).
  • Natural leadership ability with a desire to coach and develop others.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined enough to manage operations remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle a growing team’s scheduling and training.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable being on the road, as you will be performing drug and alcohol collections. 
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Ideally this position would be the best fit for someone who is well versed in DOT Drug and Alcohol collections and the 49 CFR Part 40 regulations and protocols, but we would be happy to train the right candidate who can juggle managerial tasks/manage the field personal and master DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40).
